INTO THE FRYING PAN !

Three Week Themed Cooking Sessions 

 

All participants prepare and sample items during class

 All students receive recipes and terminology sheet for home reference

Each student will be required to bring a chef's knife and a paring knife to class (available for purchase at Foodies)

Upon completion of course, all participants will have a basic understanding of the techniques listed with each class or series of classes and will be able to duplicate recipes at home

All classes will last approximately 90 minutes unless otherwise noted

We will start promptly so arrive about 5 minutes ahead of time to wash your hands and don your apron

Classes do not have to be attended in any order.  However, students must attend Level I before Level II or have permission of instructor

Teen Series Schedule: Ages 12 and up strictly enforced
